Beschreibung
A lightweight centella essence, thin enough to sink in within seconds and to layer under anything else. Where a serum can sit on the surface for a moment, this behaves more like water with some substance to it. Centella asiatica extract is the main active. It suits skin that feels tight, looks flushed, or reacts to weather and to new products, helping calm the look of redness and leaving skin feeling nourished rather than stripped. It comes in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml. Start at 30ml if you are not sure whether centella suits you, and move up once you know. The shelf life is three years unopened, so the larger size is not a gamble. How to use: Pat over clean skin morning and evening, before your serum and moisturiser.

Where does this go in my routine?
After cleansing and before your moisturiser. Serums are thinner than creams and the general rule is thinnest first, so whatever is in them is not sitting on top of something heavier.
I have sensitive skin — can I use this?
It is made for skin that is easily upset, but patch test anyway: a little on your inner forearm for a couple of days before it goes near your face. That is worth doing with any new product, not only this one.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
