Beschreibung
A centella serum with a slightly richer feel than a plain hydrating one, aimed at skin that looks a little slack rather than skin that simply feels dry. It hydrates, and it leaves the face looking firmer and more even. Centella asiatica does the soothing work here, helping calm the look of redness and leaving skin comfortable. The formula is not greasy, and it sits well under a moisturiser or on its own in summer. It suits skin that looks dull and has lost some bounce. It is not the right pick if the look of redness is your only concern, because the plainer centella serums in this range are gentler and cost less. How to use: Apply to clean skin morning and evening, before moisturiser, working upwards over the cheeks and jaw.

Where does this go in my routine?
After cleansing and before your moisturiser. Serums are thinner than creams and the general rule is thinnest first, so whatever is in them is not sitting on top of something heavier.
I have sensitive skin — can I use this?
It is made for skin that is easily upset, but patch test anyway: a little on your inner forearm for a couple of days before it goes near your face. That is worth doing with any new product, not only this one.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
