Beschreibung
A firm balm that loosens as you work it in, lifting foundation, sunscreen and mascara without tugging at your skin. The scent is coconut and it carries, so this is the one to choose if you like a cleanse that smells of something. It is mild enough for most skin and does not leave your face feeling stripped, which makes it a straightforward oil step before a gel or foam wash. One jar, one step, warm water. If coconut is not your scent, the aloe balm in the same range does the same job without it. How to use: Massage a small scoop over dry skin and dry makeup, then add warm water so the balm turns milky and rinse it off. It goes first in an evening routine, before anything water-based.

Where does this go in my routine, and how do I use it?
First step, on dry skin — not wet. Massage it over your face for a minute so it can break down sunscreen and makeup, then add a little water and keep going until it turns milky, and rinse. Skipping the water step is the usual reason an oil cleanser feels greasy afterwards.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
