Beschreibung
Two sides, two jobs. The velvet side is dense and smooth and lifts foundation and sunscreen with cleansing oil or micellar water. The bamboo-cotton side has a little texture to it, for mascara and the edges of the lash line where a flat pad slides past. Eight centimetres across, so one pad does half a face rather than a quarter. Sixteen in a set with a mesh wash bag — use two or three a night, run the bag through a 40°C wash with your towels, and you have the set back before you need it. The arithmetic is the reason to switch: a nightly cotton round is roughly 700 discs and about €35 a year, in a bathroom bin. This is one purchase that outlasts it.

Questions
Do these work on waterproof mascara?
With an oil or a balm, yes — hold the textured side against closed lashes for a slow count of ten to let the product dissolve, then wipe down rather than scrub. Dry, or with water alone, no pad will do it and you will only irritate the eye trying.
How long do they actually last?
Hundreds of washes. What ends them is usually staining rather than wear — a pale pad that has taken foundation every night for a year looks tired long before it stops working. The darker colours in the set hide it better.
Are they hygienic if I reuse them?
As hygienic as the flannel you already own, on the same condition: use a pad once, then wash it. The set is sixteen deep precisely so you never have to reach for one twice.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
