Good to know
- Vor dem ersten Gebrauch waschen — neue Textilpads fusseln etwas, bis sie einmal gewaschen wurden.
- Verwenden Sie den Netzbeutel. Lose Pads gelangen sonst in die Trommeldichtung und sind damit verloren.
- Kein Weichspüler: Er umhüllt die Fasern, und das Pad nimmt keine Flüssigkeit mehr auf.
- Die Farben variieren leicht zwischen den Chargen. Sie kaufen sechzehn Pads, kein aufeinander abgestimmtes Set.
Beschreibung
Zwei Seiten, zwei Aufgaben. Die Samtseite ist dicht und glatt und entfernt Foundation und Sonnenschutz mit Reinigungsöl oder Mizellenwasser. Die Bambus-Baumwoll-Seite hat eine leichte Textur, für Mascara und die Ränder der Wimpernlinie, an denen ein glattes Pad einfach vorbeigleitet. Acht Zentimeter im Durchmesser, sodass ein Pad eine Gesichtshälfte statt nur ein Viertel abdeckt. Sechzehn Stück im Set mit einem Netz-Waschbeutel — verwenden Sie zwei oder drei pro Abend, waschen Sie den Beutel bei 40°C zusammen mit Ihren Handtüchern, und das Set ist wieder einsatzbereit, bevor Sie es erneut brauchen. Die Rechnung ist der Grund für den Wechsel: Ein täglicher Wattepad-Verbrauch summiert sich auf rund 700 Scheiben und etwa 35 € pro Jahr, im Badezimmermüll. Dies ist eine einmalige Anschaffung, die das überdauert.

Do these work on waterproof mascara?
With an oil or a balm, yes — hold the textured side against closed lashes for a slow count of ten to let the product dissolve, then wipe down rather than scrub. Dry, or with water alone, no pad will do it and you will only irritate the eye trying.
How long do they actually last?
Hundreds of washes. What ends them is usually staining rather than wear — a pale pad that has taken foundation every night for a year looks tired long before it stops working. The darker colours in the set hide it better.
Are they hygienic if I reuse them?
As hygienic as the flannel you already own, on the same condition: use a pad once, then wash it. The set is sixteen deep precisely so you never have to reach for one twice.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–18 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin, or underwear once its packaging is open. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
