Good to know
- Not for dry or tight skin. This is a bar for oily skin, and on dry skin it will make the dryness worse rather than better.
- Charcoal does not draw anything out of your skin. It is a physical texture and a black colour; the cleaning is done by the soap.
- Let it dry between uses on something that drains. A bar left sitting in water turns to paste, and that is what makes people think a bar does not last.

Opis
Charcoal in a soap does one useful thing: it gives the bar grip. The lather comes up slightly gritty, which lifts the film that builds on an oily forehead or a back that sweats under a shirt, and it rinses clean without the squeak that means a cleanser has taken too much. Wet it, work it into a lather in your hands rather than dragging the bar across your face, and rinse. It suits skin that is oily rather than dry, and it suits a body wash better than a bottle does — a bar this size outlasts several of them and travels without a lid. Five and a half centimetres square, so it sits in the hand rather than skidding out of it.

Will this clear blackheads?
It will keep the surface clean, which helps. It will not empty a pore — nothing you rinse off in thirty seconds does, and the products that claim to are usually selling you the claim rather than the result. For congestion, the mud mask left on for ten minutes is doing more work than any bar can.
Face and body with the same bar?
Yes, and that is most of the point of it. Facial skin is thinner, so lather in your hands first rather than rubbing the bar directly on it. Everything below the neck can take the bar straight.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–18 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin, or underwear once its packaging is open. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
