• Once or twice a week. Not daily, and not on the same evening as a retinol or an acid — that combination is how a barrier gets damaged.
• Never on broken, sunburnt or actively irritated skin. Wait until it has settled.
• The supplier names Dead Sea salt, coconut oil, aloe vera and activated charcoal. That is a claim, not an ingredient list — the full INCI is outstanding and this page gets it when it arrives.
• Charcoal does not draw anything out of your skin. It is a black colour and a texture; the exfoliation is the salt and the bamboo.

Opis

A scrub is the one step this shop did not have, and the gap showed on skin that goes rough between the shoulder blades or flakes along the jaw in winter. This is salt and bamboo particles suspended in coconut oil, so it abrades and conditions in the same pass — the reason it rinses without the stripped, tight finish a dry salt scrub leaves. On the face, use it in small circles with almost no pressure and let the grains do the work. On the body you can lean on it. Once or twice a week is the whole of it. Exfoliating more often is the single most common way people damage their own skin barrier, and it is not a thing you can undo quickly.
