A snail mucin cream, which is one of the few K-beauty categories people buy again without needing to be sold on it twice. Snail secretion filtrate sits alongside aloe vera extract, sodium hyaluronate and glycerin: a short, legible list rather than a long one. It is a hydrating cream first. Skin looks plumper and feels softer, the surface looks more even, and fine lines look softer once skin is properly moisturised. The aloe makes it a reasonable choice for skin that feels easily irritated. It arrives in a retail box rather than a plain jar, which is worth knowing if you are buying it for someone else. Not suitable if you avoid animal-derived ingredients. How to use: Apply to cleansed skin morning and night, after serum and before sunscreen.

Where does this go in my routine?
After any serum, as the last step at night. In the morning, sunscreen goes on top of it.
I have sensitive skin — can I use this?
It is made for skin that is easily upset, but patch test anyway: a little on your inner forearm for a couple of days before it goes near your face. That is worth doing with any new product, not only this one.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
