Opis
A hydrating serum with vitamin C in it, for skin that is dry-feeling and dull-looking at the same time. The hyaluronic acid side does the moisture; the vitamin C side works on the look of brightness and evenness. The texture is a light essence rather than a thick serum. It goes on after cleansing and before a moisturiser, and it is mild enough for daily use. It suits a straightforward routine, and it suits skin that does not want another strong active in the mix. It is not a treatment product and does not behave like one. It is the comfortable step between cleansing and moisturising. How to use: After cleansing, morning or evening, before your moisturiser.

Where does this go in my routine?
After cleansing and before your moisturiser. Serums are thinner than creams and the general rule is thinnest first, so whatever is in them is not sitting on top of something heavier.
When should I use it, morning or evening?
Morning, under sunscreen, is the usual choice. Keep it out of direct light and closed between uses — vitamin C oxidises, and a serum that has turned deep orange has lost most of its point.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
