Questions
Why is a water flosser filed under hair?
Because the collection is hair and oral care, and it is the only oral care product in the shop. Filing it alone would have made a collection of one. That is an honest answer rather than a tidy one.
Will the hair oil make my hair grow?
No. It conditions the hair you have — it smooths the ends, reduces the roughness that makes hair snap when you comb it, and makes dry lengths easier to manage. Anything sold on a growth promise is selling you a medicine with a plant on the label, and we do not stock those.
How much pomade should I use?
Less than you think, warmed between the palms first. Edge control and styling products are judged from a distance of one metre, and the usual mistake is enough product to be visible at arm’s length.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
