Hyaluronic acid or centella?
Hyaluronic acid for skin that is dehydrated — tight, dull, fine lines that look worse in the evening. Centella for skin that is irritated — red, warm, reacting to something. They layer perfectly well together if you are both.
I heard hyaluronic acid can dry you out. Is that true?
It can, in very dry air, if you leave it uncovered. It pulls water towards itself, and with nothing on top and nothing in the air, some of that water comes from you. Apply it to damp skin and put a cream over it and the problem does not arise. In a heated Dutch flat in January this matters.
Can I use these with retinol or vitamin C?
Yes, and it is one of the better pairings. The soothing steps take the edge off the actives without stopping them working. Apply the thinner, more active product first and the soothing one after.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
