Questions
How often should I use a mask?
Once a week for the clay and mud ones. They work by pulling oil off the surface, and skin that has been stripped of oil twice a week makes more of it, not less. The sheet and peel-off masks are gentler and can be used more often, but they are a top-up rather than a step.
Peel-off, sheet, or clay?
Clay for skin that goes oily and congested. Sheet and peel-off for skin that looks tired and needs an hour of water held against it. They are answering different questions, and buying the wrong one is the usual reason people decide masks do not work for them.
What does the LED device actually do?
It is a cosmetic device, not a medical one. It does not treat any condition and we do not sell it as though it does. Used as directed it is a comfort and appearance product. If you are looking for a treatment for something diagnosed, see a doctor rather than buying a light.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
