Questions
Is a set cheaper than buying the pieces?
Usually, but that is not the main reason to buy one. The better reason is that the steps were designed to sit on top of each other, so nothing pills, nothing cancels out, and you are not guessing at the order.
Is this a safe gift if I do not know their skin?
The hydrating and travel sets are, because water and comfort suit almost everyone. Be more careful with anything built around retinol or a strong brightening active — those suit a person who already knows they get on with them, and are a poor surprise otherwise.
Can I buy just one piece from a set?
Sometimes. Several of the individual products in these boxes are also sold on their own elsewhere in the shop — search the ingredient and you will find them. Where a piece is set-only, it is because the supplier sells it that way.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
