Where does this go in my routine?
After cleansing and before your moisturiser. Serums are thinner than creams and the general rule is thinnest first, so whatever is in them is not sitting on top of something heavier.
How is this different from retinol?
Bakuchiol is a plant extract, not a retinoid, so it falls outside the EU rules that cap retinol strength and require warning labelling. People generally find it less likely to cause the flaking and stinging that a retinol can, though it is not the same ingredient and does not have the same weight of evidence behind it.
I have sensitive skin — can I use this?
It is made for skin that is easily upset, but patch test anyway: a little on your inner forearm for a couple of days before it goes near your face. That is worth doing with any new product, not only this one.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
