Returns & refunds

Buying as a consumer in the EU gives you a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. That right exists regardless of anything else on this page.

To use it, tell us within those 14 days at support@amberskin.store. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

On top of the statutory right, we accept returns for 30 days from delivery on unopened items in their original packaging.

Digital guides are delivered immediately, so at checkout you are asked to confirm that you want access straight away and understand that this ends the 14-day withdrawal right for that purchase. That confirmation is what makes instant delivery possible, and it is recorded against your order.

It is not a no-questions-asked ban on refunds. If a guide will not open, is not what the page described, or you were charged twice, write to support@amberskin.store and we will put it right.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used items where a seal has been broken. That covers skincare, oral care, and anything applied directly to the skin. This restriction is permitted under EU consumer law, and it does not apply when an item is faulty.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full including delivery, and in most cases you will not need to send anything back.

Email support@amberskin.store with your order number and we will reply with instructions and a return address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — parcels that arrive without a reference are very hard to match to an order.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Return postage is at your expense unless the item was faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered.
