Calm is a practice, not a product. This set only makes the practice easier. A facial care set built around centella asiatica, the ingredient that has quietly become the default for skin that reacts to most other things. The set covers the core steps of a routine and leans towards comfort rather than strength. Centella suits skin that looks red and feels reactive. Used consistently, skin looks calmer and more even, and feels less tight after cleansing. It pairs naturally with a gentle cleansing oil if you wear makeup or sunscreen every day. This is the set for someone whose skin is easily upset and who would rather not experiment. It is not the one to choose if you want visible actives and fast changes, because nothing in it is trying to do that. How to use: Work from the lightest texture to the richest: cleanse, then the watery steps, then the cream last, morning and night.

What order do I use the pieces in?
Cleanse first, then the thinnest liquid, then anything thicker, then the cream last. That order holds for almost any set: thin to thick, so nothing blocks what comes after it.
I have sensitive skin — can I use this?
It is made for skin that is easily upset, but patch test anyway: a little on your inner forearm for a couple of days before it goes near your face. That is worth doing with any new product, not only this one.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–18 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin, or underwear once its packaging is open. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
