It arrives as a kit and it is priced as one. The essence is light and hydrating and suits most skin types. The bottles cover a longer stretch of a routine, and the sticks are the portable version of the same thing, useful for travel or for the days you cannot be bothered with a dropper. It is a lot of product for the money, which is really the reason to buy it. If you would rather own one serum you understand well than five bottles and a box of sticks, buy a single serum instead. How to use: Use one bottle at a time, a few drops over clean skin morning and evening, and keep the sticks for travel.

What order do I use the pieces in?
Cleanse first, then the thinnest liquid, then anything thicker, then the cream last. That order holds for almost any set: thin to thick, so nothing blocks what comes after it.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–18 working days after that.
Where do you ship to?
20 countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the UK. The full list is on the shipping page, and you will see whether your country is available at checkout.
Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin, or underwear once its packaging is open. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
