A cushiony balm that softens on contact and dissolves makeup without any rubbing. It is made for skin that flushes or stings easily, so the texture stays slippery for as long as you need to work it over your face. The scent is sweet orange and it is noticeable. Pleasant if you like citrus, worth skipping if you would rather your cleanser smelled of nothing at all. The 50g jar is the everyday size and the 30g is small enough for hand luggage. It rinses off with warm water and leaves your skin feeling comfortable rather than stripped, which is what makes a balm like this easy to use every night rather than only on heavy makeup days. How to use: Warm a fingertip of balm and massage over dry skin, giving eye makeup a little longer. Wet your hands, work it to a milk, and rinse before your usual water-based cleanser.

Where does this go in my routine, and how do I use it?
First step, on dry skin — not wet. Massage it over your face for a minute so it can break down sunscreen and makeup, then add a little water and keep going until it turns milky, and rinse. Skipping the water step is the usual reason an oil cleanser feels greasy afterwards.
I have sensitive skin — can I use this?
It is made for skin that is easily upset, but patch test anyway: a little on your inner forearm for a couple of days before it goes near your face. That is worth doing with any new product, not only this one.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
