A thick balm you leave on rather than rinse off. Beef tallow and honey give it the density of an old-fashioned salve, so a small amount covers a lot: dry patches, the parts of your face that feel tight in winter, and hands and elbows if you have any left over. Beef tallow is animal-derived, which means this is not a vegan product. In a beauty range most people assume the opposite, so we would rather say it here than let you find it in the ingredient list. It is a finishing step, not a cleanser. Use it over your serum or moisturiser at night, or on its own if your skin prefers very little. The jar holds 57ml. How to use: Warm a small amount between your fingers and press it over dry areas as the last step at night. Use less than you think you need; it does not need to be spread thin over everything.

Is this vegan?
No. It contains rendered beef tallow, so it is not suitable if you avoid animal-derived ingredients. We would rather say so on the page than let you find out from the label.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
