- Use less than you think. Beard oil is judged on the face, not in the bottle, and too much reads as unwashed rather than groomed.
- It conditions; it does not hold. If you want the beard to stay where you put it, that is the wax.

Description
Most beard problems are skin problems. The hair wicks oil away from the face underneath, which is why a beard that looks fine can sit on skin that is flaking and itching by the second week. This goes on the skin first and the hair second. A few drops into the palms, worked in at the roots and then drawn out through the length, leaves the beard softer and lying flatter without looking greasy or holding it in place — it is a conditioner, not a styling product. Best on a damp beard straight after a shower, when the hair is open and takes it up fastest.

Questions
How often should I use it?
Daily, and after a shower rather than before. Hot water strips the skin under a beard faster than it strips the rest of a face, so the oil is doing the most work in the ten minutes after you get out.
My beard is short — is it too early for this?
No, and the first few weeks are when it helps most. The itch people give up at around week two is dry skin under new growth, not the hair itself.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
