Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock has gone, or a price was listed wrongly — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are held in euros. If you are shopping in another currency, the figure shown is converted at a recent rate for your convenience, and the exact amount your bank charges may differ slightly. The currency you are actually charged in is shown at checkout before you pay.

We try hard to keep prices accurate. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Your order is only fulfilled once payment is confirmed.

Delivery estimates on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and our 30-day policy are set out in full on the returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Subscribe & save creates a recurring order at the interval you pick. You can change the frequency, pause, or cancel at any time from your account, and a cancellation takes effect before the next charge.

We describe products as accurately as we can, but nothing sold here is a medicine and none of it is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Read the ingredients if you have allergies, patch-test actives, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

Supplements are food supplements. They are not a substitute for a varied diet or medical care.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
