Thirty individually sealed ampoules of a copper peptide essence, 1.5ml in each and 45ml across the box. You open one, use it, and the rest stay sealed until their turn. We are describing this one carefully, because the supplier gave us a specification and almost nothing else: the format, the fill, the skin types it is meant for, and the peptide it is named after. Rather than dress that up, here is what it is. A fluid essence in single-dose form, sized for about a month of daily use. The ampoule format suits anyone who does not get through a serum bottle before it turns, and anyone who would rather have a fixed dose than guess. The supplier lists it as suitable for normal, oily, dry, sensitive and combination skin. How to use: Open one ampoule after cleansing, press the contents over your face and neck, then follow with a moisturiser.

Where does this go in my routine?
After cleansing and before your moisturiser. Serums are thinner than creams and the general rule is thinnest first, so whatever is in them is not sitting on top of something heavier.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
