Questions
Can I just use my face cream around my eyes?
You can, and plenty of people do. The reasons not to are practical rather than mystical: face creams are often built around actives at strengths that sting thin skin, and richer textures tend to travel into the eye overnight. An eye formula is a face cream with those two problems designed out.
Will an eye cream get rid of my dark circles?
Not if they are structural. Dark circles come from three different things — pigment, thin skin showing the vessels underneath, and shadow cast by the shape of the socket — and only the first two respond to skincare at all. Expect a brighter, better-hydrated eye area rather than a different face.
Where exactly do I apply it?
On the orbital bone, not up against the lashes. Take an amount about the size of a grain of rice per eye, tap it along the bone with your ring finger, and let it migrate inward on its own as it warms. Product applied too close to the lash line ends up in the eye.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
