Reading rather than product. No parcel, no waiting, and nothing to put on your face. These exist because most skincare problems are routine problems: the right products in the wrong order, or four actives at once, or a new serum given nine days to work. A guide is cheaper than the shelf of bottles bought while working that out alone.

When do I get it?
Immediately. It is a download, so it appears the moment the payment clears rather than arriving in a parcel, and it stays available in your account.
What format is it?
A PDF you can read on a phone, a tablet or a laptop, and print if you would rather have it on paper. There is no app and nothing to install.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products are the one exception to the fourteen-day return, and by law rather than by our preference: you agree to immediate access at checkout, and that waives the withdrawal right for that item. If a file will not open or is not what the page described, write to us and we will sort it out.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
