Description
A dense face balm built on beef tallow, honey extract, coconut oil, olive oil and vitamin E. Tallow is close in feel to the oils your skin makes itself, so the balm goes on heavily but settles in rather than staying slick on the surface. Because it is made with beef tallow it is an animal-derived product and cannot be described as vegan. That matters more in skincare than in most categories, so we are saying it plainly rather than leaving it to the ingredient list to reveal. Use it as a last step, or in small amounts on the areas that stay dry however much moisturiser you put on them. It is a leave-on balm, not a cleanser. How to use: Warm a little between your fingertips and press it into dry areas after your moisturiser at night. Start with less than a fingertip and add only if your skin still feels tight.

Is this vegan?
No. It contains rendered beef tallow, so it is not suitable if you avoid animal-derived ingredients. We would rather say so on the page than let you find out from the label.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
