Questions
Vitamin C or niacinamide?
Niacinamide if your skin is sensitive or you have tried vitamin C and it stung. Vitamin C if you want the faster result and your skin tolerates it. Niacinamide is the safer first purchase for most people, which is a dull recommendation and the right one.
Can I use both?
Yes. The old advice that they cancel each other out came from a study on unstable formulas from decades ago and has not held up. If you want to be careful about it, use vitamin C in the morning and niacinamide at night, which also spreads the two across the day.
How long before I see anything?
Eight to twelve weeks for tone, and only with daily sunscreen. Without it you are lightening marks in the evening and re-making them at lunchtime. Anyone promising a difference in a fortnight is describing the water content of the serum, not the ingredient.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
