Questions
Do I need a separate range because I am a man?
Almost never. Skin differs by type, not by gender — oily skin is oily skin, and the cleanser that suits it is the same one either way. Beard care is the genuine exception, because a beard is a real difference in what you are looking after. That is why this page has three new things on it and then points at the range everyone else uses.
Oil or wax — which one?
Oil if the beard feels dry or the skin under it itches, which is most people and most of the time. Wax if it grows in several directions at once and you want it to stop. Plenty of people use the oil daily and the wax only when it matters, and that is the sensible order to buy them in.
Will any of this make my beard grow?
No, and anything that says it will is selling you a medicine with a beard on the label. Beard density is genetics and hormones. What these do is make the beard you have softer, tidier and less itchy — which is the part that is actually within reach.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
