Questions
Balm, bar, or oil?
Balm and oil both dissolve what water cannot — sunscreen, makeup, the film a day in the city leaves. A bar lathers and rinses, which suits skin that feels oily by the afternoon and anyone who dislikes the slippery stage in between. If you wear sunscreen daily, start with a balm or an oil.
Do I have to cleanse twice?
Only in the evening, and only if you wore sunscreen or makeup. Oil or balm first to break it down, then something water-based to take it away. In the morning, once is enough — you are washing off a pillow, not a day.
Is a toner actually necessary?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling one. What a good toner does is put a layer of water back on skin that has just been washed, which makes the serum after it spread further and absorb faster. That is a real benefit and a small one. Skip it before you skip your moisturiser.
How much is delivery, and where do you ship?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders typically arrive 5–9 working days after dispatch, to 20 countries including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I return something from this collection?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything opened and applied to skin.
