Description
A solid balm that turns to oil the moment it meets warm skin, then rinses away with water. It lifts makeup, sunscreen and the day's grime in one pass, including around the eyes and lips, without any scrubbing. Aloe sits at the centre of the formula, so your skin feels soothed rather than squeaky once you have rinsed. It suits most skin types and makes an easy first step in a double cleanse, followed by your usual foaming or gel wash. If you would rather pump a liquid one-handed than scoop from a jar, our Centella Cleansing Oil does the same job in a different format. How to use: Scoop a small amount onto dry hands and massage over dry skin for about a minute. Then add water, keep massaging until the balm turns milky, and rinse.

Where does this go in my routine, and how do I use it?
First step, on dry skin — not wet. Massage it over your face for a minute so it can break down sunscreen and makeup, then add a little water and keep going until it turns milky, and rinse. Skipping the water step is the usual reason an oil cleanser feels greasy afterwards.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–9 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
