Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat €4.95. Orders from €20 ship free — the cart shows how far away you are — and from €35 a free gift comes with the order.

We ship from partner warehouses. That keeps prices well below high-street retail, but it does mean delivery is slower than next-day. We would rather say so here than surprise you after you have paid.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks and peak periods add time, and we will tell you if we know an order is delayed.

A tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. You can also check any time on the tracking page with your order number and email.

Tracking often takes a day or two to start updating after it is issued. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Orders with several items sometimes ship from different warehouses and arrive separately, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Orders inside the EU carry no additional duties. Outside the EU, import duty or VAT may be charged on delivery by your local authority. That charge is set by your country rather than by us, and it is not included in the price you pay here.
