How the skin scan works

• You take 3 quick photos and answer 3 short questions. We then build a routine from products in our shop. It describes how your skin looks in a photo; it is not a medical assessment.
• It takes about 2 minutes.
• Only the front photo is analysed, by an external AI service (Anthropic), and all photos are discarded straight away. They are not stored, and not used to recognise you.
• The report stays readable in your account for 2 days. The result (nine scores, your answers and the products shown, never a photo) is kept for 12 months, then deleted.
