Description
A simple hydrating cream for all skin types. It does one job: it puts moisture back and keeps skin feeling soft through the day, without a routine built around it. The formula is light and non-greasy, so it absorbs quickly and does not pill under sunscreen or makeup. Use it morning and night, on its own or over a serum. 48g. This is our entry-price moisturiser rather than a treatment cream. If you are looking for a named active such as retinol or vitamin C, buy that separately and keep this as the step that follows it. How to use: Apply morning and night to clean skin, after serum and before sunscreen.

Where does this go in my routine?
After any serum, as the last step at night. In the morning, sunscreen goes on top of it.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–18 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin, or underwear once its packaging is open. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
