Description
A good routine is mostly repetition. Five steps, kept simple, every day. Five pieces that make one hydration routine: a cleanser, an essence, an eye cream, a lotion and a face cream. Nothing here is a strong active, which is the point. This is the set for skin that is not troubled by anything in particular and simply feels dry. The essence goes on damp skin and does most of the hydrating work; the lotion and cream hold it there. The eye cream covers the thinner skin around the eyes, where heavier creams can feel like too much. Used morning and night, skin looks plumper and feels softer, and makeup sits better on a well-hydrated surface. Suits all skin types, including skin that feels sensitive. If you are looking for retinol or vitamin C, this is not that set; it is the base a routine like that sits on. How to use: Cleanse, then apply the essence to damp skin, the eye cream around the eyes, the lotion, and the face cream last. Morning and night.

Questions
What order do I use the pieces in?
Cleanse first, then the thinnest liquid, then anything thicker, then the cream last. That order holds for almost any set: thin to thick, so nothing blocks what comes after it.
I have sensitive skin — can I use this?
It is made for skin that is easily upset, but patch test anyway: a little on your inner forearm for a couple of days before it goes near your face. That is worth doing with any new product, not only this one.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders of €20 or more, and €4.95 below that. Downloads never carry a delivery charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive 5–18 working days after that.

Can I return it?
Unopened items can be returned for 30 days, on top of the statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back anything that has been opened and applied to skin, or underwear once its packaging is open. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, as EU consumer law requires, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
